Terms
Terms of use
These terms cover this website, its email forms, and our connector for AI assistants. By using them, you agree to these terms.
General information, not advice
The content here, including the guides, is general information. It is not advice about your particular systems or situation. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided as-is and may be incomplete or out of date.
Getting in touch doesn’t make you a client
Asking for a call, receiving a reply, or having a free call does not create a client relationship or commit either of us to anything. We take on paid work only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.
AI assistants
Our connector lets AI assistants, such as Meta’s Muse, look up information from this site and send us a request for a call on your behalf. The assistant is run by its provider, under that provider’s own terms. It may summarize or restate our information imperfectly; this website is the authoritative version. A request sent through the connector is only a request: no time is booked until we confirm one with you by email. We handle what it sends as described in our privacy policy.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t send spam or false information through the forms or the connector, or try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Our content
The text, guides, name, and logo on this site belong to The Landing Company of Madison Park. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with credit and a link back.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on information on this site or from an AI assistant’s account of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, this page will be updated. Last updated November 2026. Questions are welcome at hello@landingonmadison.com.
